Suzhou Shenglong PV-Tech Co., Ltd (Long Energy) is an integrated photovoltaic (PV) manufacturer, which contains everything under one roof: from silicon ingots pulling to finished module. With a sound mixture of technical and economic competence along with visionary ideas, Long Energy designs, manufactures and sells high-quality solar products for the international markets at competitive prices.

Established in May of 2006, Long Energy is located in ZhangjiagangCity, around an hour's drive from Shanghai, China. Covering an area of 59,800 square meters, with an initial investment of approximately USD20,000,000, our major products are solar modules that generate electricity from sunlight for residential, commercial and remote power applications. Our facility has a production capacity of approximately 80 megawatts per year.

Long Energy's cell and module production has gone from start-up to successful entry into the global market, with a favorable change in its product mix in module production to 200W modules, achieving substantial growth on the strength of its high-quality products and competitive price. Looking ahead, current expansion projects will include elements of a step change based on evolving technology that will deliver significant reductions in cell and module cost inputs. Production capacity is highly focused upon when it comes to cell and module producers, but the critical differentiating factor is capacity utilization.

Long Energy has a strategic advantage in its reliable supply of wafers at a time when access to wafers is a limiting factor for most players in the industry. This is one of the reasons Long Energy is well positioned for further improvements in financial performance and growth. While this business is already making solid progress, we are committed to pursuing an aggressive growth strategy that will make Long Energy a sizeable downstream player. Control across the value chain is another major advantage in achieving greater cost-cutting opportunities and in assuring constant superior quality.
